Welcome to the Hudson Seafest website.
As you may be aware, the 25th Annual Hudson Seafest is coming to town once again.(Nov. 5,6,7-2010). Hudson Seafest, Inc. is a non profit organization, dedicated the Hudson Community. Since its inception in 1984, the Hudson Seafest has funded many Safety and Beautification projects, along with supporting many local Charities.
Some of those Charities have been, The Boys and Girls Clubs of Pasco, Sertoma Speech and Hearing Foundation, 'The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Hudson High School Graduate Scholarship's, and many more.
This years Seafest will be held at the USA Flea Market and promises to be the largest ever! You can imagine the countless hours and number of people(all of whom are volunteers) that it takes to make an event of this size successful.
We are asking for your help in making the Hudson Seafest a true Hudson Community Event. We are look for volunteers of all ages to help with this worth while event. The only skill required is the desire to work and socialize with other people of the Hudson Community. Some of the jobs that Volunteers will be needed for are the Grouper Dinner Food Line, Parking, Clean Up and generally just having a good time. The work shift are scheduled from 2 to 4 hour through out the weekend to allow for free time to enjoy the event.
So come out and enjoy the fun and become a part of a wonderful Hudson Tradition.
The Hudson Seafest, Inc. isn't stopping there but looking forward to Hudson becoming a Florida destination working with Sunwest Harbourtowne, the new Pasco County Park on Old Dixie and hopefully a Multi Sports Complex on Denton Ave.
The Coastal Cleanup, Paint a Home are just a couple of additional ideas we've come up with to help the community.
We looking forward to acoustic music at the beach! Free weekend music at the Hudson Beach pavilion. We want to once again be partners with the public.
All of our Corporate Board Meetings & Seafest meetings are open and welcome to the public. We are looking forward to see you there and sharing new ideas.
